cautious Eyes and careless Toes went walking through the Fire

Eyes cried out, We must turn back! But Toes stepped further faster

Eyes began to water – Toes became inflamed

Toes began to blister  – Eyes witnessed all the pain

blurry Eyes and blackened Toes fell deep into the Fire

Eyes cried out, We can’t turn back! But Toes just ran in circles

Eyes began to shutter – Toes calloused from the pain

Toes began to push ahead – Eyes couldn’t see the way

weary Eyes and tired Toes kept pushing through the Fire

Eyes cried out, There’s too much smoke! but Toes kept stepping forward

Eyes began to wither – Toes listened for a sign

Toes began to feel the way – Eyes trusted without sight

Open Eyes and Conscious Toes emerged from out the flames

Eyes cried out, I see the light!  Toes danced along the way.

Eyes began to feel the world – Toes could see the change.

Toes walked away with Vision  – Eyes understood Blind Faith.
